That seems to be a rather odd phrase, but H. J. R. Murray, whose book A History of Chess was a classic published in 1913, also wrote A History of Board Games Other Than Chess which was published in 1952 and which was also a very interesting book.
Thus, I can at least cite an illustrious precedent in the titling of this page.
